私が生まれ育った地は、
深い緑と豊かな水の上に立ち
緑と水の循環が大地を育て、
そこに四季の移り変わりが加わることで生み出される
儚く流動的な世界です。
また、極東の島国という地理的特性は、
膨大な歴史と文化の漂流地として
多様性を生み出してきました。
私が美しさ、心地良さを考える時に、
この「儚さ」と「多様性」の共存が
根幹を成しているように思えます。
自然の中に見出す感性を基に、
デザインを通して暮らしの夢を創造できれば本望です。
I was born and raised on a land shaped
by a cycle of lush greenery and upwelling water.
Change of seasons added extra layers of
values to this ever evolving yet ephemeral world.
As an island located at the Far East,
it have cultivated rich history and diverse culture.
When I think of beauty and comfort,
what shapes the core are these 2 ideas,
“ephemeral” and “diversity”.
It is my ambition to create a dream by design,
that had long nourished
through my encounters with nature.
